Tai Chi

A 'soft-style' martial art that can improve your lifestyle.

Tai Chi is a soft style of martial arts, or more specifically a soft style of Kung Fu, that is incredibly useful for increasing balance, reducing stress, and many other benefits. Tai Chi is accesible to people who cannot, or do not, desire to perform rigorous exercise, or those simply wishing to improve their general health and/or participate in a martial art that is fun to learn and free of injuries.

""I had no background in the martial arts before I started studying Tai Chi just over two years ago. I didn't even know Tai Chi was a martial art! Instead, I started exploring Tai Chi for its health benefits, as a gentle way to improve my balance and flexibility. My interest in Tai Chi has grown from an initial curiosity to a much deeper interest in the study of Tai Chi. I got all the health benefits I was looking for, plus much more physical strength and mental focus. I was looking for a casual exercise program, but found something I could study and learn much more deeply." - More Testimonials
