What's New: A Kickboxing Focus with a Personal Training ApproachWe decided to focus on what we do best - personalized attention. Group classes have to be run with a group in mind, leaving no time to focus on your specific needs or answer your questions. Our new program is customized for 1 to 4 people looking for personal training with a really fun workout. You'll use a combination of punching, kicking, pad work, focus mitts, heavy bags, a variety of core strengthening, body shaping exercises, with an instructor monitoring your every step. Having less people in a class means more attention for you, and the ability for our instructors to focus on safe and proper technique, which is of the utmost importance to us. We have available time slots scheduled at convenient times for you. |
