Fit-Kick

Fit-Kick is our unique, safe, and fun fitness kickboxing class. A Challenging program to help you kick and punch your way to losing weight, getting fit, or just staying in shape.

Our program is designed for people of varying fitness levels and stresses proper technique throughout the class to ensure participants do not injure themselves in the process of exercise.

We have convenient class times morning and evening to fit your hectic schedules, a top notch training facility to keep you upbeat and motivated even during those dismal winter blues, and an easy to reach location right off 495 in downtown Littleton.
