Tai Chi Instructor - Beginner Level

This certification is for those with or without experience in Tai Chi or other Martial Arts desiring a certification to teach the ancient art of Tai Chi.

You will learn to teach the Beginner Curriculum comprised of the following:

• The 8 postures in the Beginner Level of the Plum Blossom Tai Chi System

• The application of each posture

• Course and Curriculum Breakdown

• Teaching Principles and Learning Concepts

• Basic Anatomy & Kinesiology

• Rooting and Stances

• Qi Gong (breath work)

• Safety Practices

• Class Structure/Organization

• Student Progression and Ranking

At the end of this course you will have everything you need to effectively teach the Beginner Levels of the Plum Blossom Tai Chi System.

Certification Requirements:

Complete required course hours. Pass written exam. Pass practical exam. Pass teaching certification.

Tai Chi Instructor - Intermediate Level

This certification is for those who have earned their Beginner Tai Chi Certification and wish to teach a higher level of Tai Chi.

You will learn to teach the Intermediate Curriculum comprised of:

• The remaining 26 postures in the Plum Blossom Tai Chi System
  

• The application of each posture
  

• Course and Curriculum Breakdown

• Teaching Principles and Learning Concepts

• Deeper Knowledge of Anatomy & Kinesiology

• Rooting and Stances Continued

• Safety Practices

• Class Structure/Organization

At the end of this course you will have everything you need to effectively teach the Intermediate Levels of the Plum Blossom Tai Chi System.

Certification Requirements:

Completed Certification of Beginner Tai Chi. Complete required course hours in Intermediate Program. Pass written exam. Pass practical exam. Pass teaching certification.
